Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta Bake

A creamy, spicy, and comforting baked pasta dish featuring crispy shrimp, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 12 ounces Pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. Sauté the shrimp in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, until pink and opaque (2-3 minutes each side).
  4. Mix the cooked shrimp with the bang bang sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and reserved pasta water until well coated.
  6. Assemble the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
