BBQ Brisket Totchos

A delightful twist on nachos featuring crispy tater tots topped with smoky brisket, melted cheese, and zesty BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Tater Tots
  • Cooked Brisket
  • Shredded Cheese (sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Pickles or Jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bake the tater tots for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Prep the brisket by chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Assemble the totchos by layering the crispy tots, chopped brisket, and shredded cheese.
  5. Melt the cheese in the oven at 450°F (230°C) for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Finish by drizzling with BBQ sauce and topping with pickles or jalapeños.

Notes

Serve warm and enjoy with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
