Chicken Caesar Pot Pie

A delicious twist on two classic dishes, this Chicken Caesar Pot Pie combines the comforting elements of pot pie with fresh Caesar salad flavors, topped with golden biscuits.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Biscuits (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped romaine and stir until it begins to wilt, about 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer the filling to a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  5. Prepare the biscuits by arranging them on top of the filling as per package instructions or dolloping spoonfuls of homemade dough.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve directly from the baking dish or plate individually. Garnish with cracked black pepper and extra Parmesan cheese.
