Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cut the Cinnamon Rolls: Cut each roll into quarters.
  4. Combine the Wet Ingredients: Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Mix It All Together: Toss the quartered cinnamon rolls in the egg mixture until coated.
  6. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
