  • 2 Onions (Yellow or Sweet)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Fresh or Powder)
  • 1 cup Cream (Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half)
  • Seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice onions and mince garlic.
  2. Brown the beef: Heat oil in a large skillet and add beef cubes, cooking for about 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Sauté onions: Cook sliced onions in the same skillet for 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Add garlic and seasonings: Mix in minced garlic and cook for another minute. Sprinkle thyme and rosemary.
  5. Pour in broth: Deglaze with beef broth and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Finish with cream: Stir in heavy cream and adjust seasonings to taste.
