Garlic Butter Pot Roast Flatbread

A cozy and satisfying dish that combines savory pot roast with rich garlic butter on a crispy flatbread base.

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • Shredded pot roast (or substitute with brisket, rotisserie chicken)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, crumbled feta or goat cheese, balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and have them prepped and ready to go.
  2. Combine ½ cup of unsalted butter with minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
  3. Brush one side of the flatbread with the garlic butter and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the shredded pot roast evenly over the unbuttered side of the flatbread.
  5. Drizzle more garlic butter over the pot roast and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve with extra garlic butter or balsamic glaze.
