  • 2 medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter (mix softened butter with minced garlic and herbs)
  • Fresh Herbs (optional, e.g., parsley or basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic butter by combining softened butter with minced garlic and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  4. Assemble the flatbread by spreading the garlic butter mixture generously on top.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini uniformly over the garlic buttered flatbread.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs and salt before slicing.

Notes

Pat zucchini slices dry to avoid sogginess. You can store leftover garlic butter in the fridge for 1 day.
