One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A delightful one-pan meal featuring smoky kielbasa and colorful veggies, all coated in a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze.

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Chop bell peppers into strips and slice regular carrots if used.
  5. Toss kielbasa, bell peppers, baby carrots, and halved baby potatoes on a large sheet pan with olive oil and the honey-garlic sauce.
  6. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
  8. Enjoy with crusty bread or over rice.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
