A comforting Loaded Hashbrown Bake with crispy bacon, cheesy goodness, and a cozy aroma, perfect for brunch or dinner.

  • 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  3. Combine the hashbrowns and half of the crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
  4. Add the onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and pour in the hashbrown mixture, spreading evenly.
  6. Beat the eggs with milk in another bowl until combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns, ensuring everything is coated.
  8. Top with remaining bacon and cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before garnishing with green onions or chives.
