Parmesan Potsticker Casserole

A cozy and comforting casserole that features golden-brown potstickers in a creamy garlic cheese sauce, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Potstickers (pork, chicken, vegetable, or shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the potstickers in a large skillet over medium heat with oil for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. Make the garlic cream sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and then adding heavy cream and seasonings.
  4. Assemble the casserole by layering potstickers and pouring the sauce over them, topped with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste. Add sriracha for heat or different cheeses for variation.
