Reuben Tater Tot Bake

A delightful comfort food dish that combines classic Reuben flavors with crispy tater tots for a warm, hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • Corned Beef, shredded
  • Sauerkraut, drained
  • Tater Tots, frozen
  • Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Chopped Green Onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine shredded corned beef and drained sauerkraut in a large mixing bowl. Add Thousand Island dressing and stir to combine.
  3. Spread half of the shredded Swiss cheese in the bottom of a large baking dish (about 9×13 inches).
  4. Layer the corned beef and sauerkraut mixture evenly over the cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
  6. Place frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
