Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A delicious Parmesan Crusted Chicken served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 4 thin chicken cutlets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  3. Dredge the chicken cutlets by coating them in flour, then eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mix.
  4. Cook the breaded chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Make the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing garlic, adding chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.
  6. Bring it all together by spooning the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and garnishing with parsley or thyme.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or dried herbs to the breadcrumb mixture. This dish can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
