A hearty and comforting twist on pizza, featuring crispy bread pieces filled with melted cheese, zesty pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings, all baked together in a delightful bowl.

Ingredients

  • Bread Pieces (baguette, sourdough, or gluten-free)
  • Melted Butter (or olive oil for dairy-free)
  • Pizza Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cheese Slices (mozzarella, provolone, or cheddar)
  • Toppings of Your Choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Pasta Seasonings (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your bread by cutting it into bite-sized pieces, drizzling with melted butter, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the bowl by mixing the pizza sauce with the bread and layering the cheese and toppings.
  4. Season the mixture with pasta seasonings and chili flakes.
  5. Bake in a greased dish for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve hot, with optional extra sauce and fresh herbs on top.

Notes

You can prep this dish ahead of time and bake it just before serving. Experiment with different toppings and sauces for variety.
