Protein Kinako Cheesecake Bark

A delightful, guilt-free twist on cheesecake that combines creamy flavors with protein-packed kinako for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or Skyr)
  • 8 oz Light Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup Kinako (Toasted Soybean Flour)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (flavor of choice)
  • Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener)
  • Optional: Matcha, vanilla extract, or black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix in a medium bowl 1 cup Greek yogurt and 8 oz light cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ¼ cup kinako and 1 scoop protein powder to the mixture and blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Create layers and flavor by sprinkling additional kinako and drizzling sweetener over the top before swirling with a knife.
  6. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into squares or rectangles once set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Garnish with dusted kinako and serve with fresh berries for a refreshing contrast.
