  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder (about 30 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons kinako (roasted soybean flour)
  • 1 tablespoon natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Lay everything out on your counter.
  2. Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and light cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the protein powder: Fold in one scoop of protein powder.
  4. Incorporate the kinako: Sprinkle in the kinako and mix gently.
  5. Sweeten it up: Incorporate your natural sweetener to taste.
  6. Whisk to perfection: Whip the mixture using a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until light and airy.
  7. Chill for best results: Transfer your fluff to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve: Once chilled, scoop into serving dishes and top with additional kinako or fruit.
