Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix your dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Cut in the butter: Add cold, diced unsalted butter to the flour mixture and work until it resembles coarse crumbs.
