Fluffy Pumpkin Waffles

  2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and melted butter in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Cook the batter in the preheated waffle iron, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup per waffle, for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Leftover batter can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Make sure your waffle iron is clean for easy release.
