A delightful fusion dish combining crispy parathas stuffed with fresh vegetables, spices, and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp Corn
  • 1/3 cup Paneer, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil or Ghee, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix together whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to form a soft dough. Knead for about 2-3 minutes and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Combine diced bell pepper, corn, crumbled paneer, sliced olives, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper, salt, and coriander in a bowl and mix gently.
  3. Roll Out the Dough: Divide the rested dough into balls and roll each into a small disc about 5-6 inches wide.
  4. Fill and Seal: Place filling in the center of the dough circle, fold edges, pinching to seal completely.
  5. Roll Again: Gently flatten and roll the stuffed dough ball into a round shape, about 7-8 inches in diameter.
  6. Cook the Paratha: Heat a skillet, add oil, and cook the rolled paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Keep warm in a kitchen towel while cooking remaining parathas, and slice into wedges if desired.

Notes
