Pineapple Surf Smoothie

A refreshing blend of pineapple, banana, and coconut milk that will brighten your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure you have everything measured out and ready to go.
  2. Add Your Frozen Pineapple: Start by placing the frozen pineapple chunks in your blender.
  3. In Goes the Banana: Slice the banana in half and toss it into the blender.
  4. Pour in the Coconut Milk: Measure out 1/2 cup of coconut milk and pour it over your fruit.
  5. Add the Orange Juice: Measure and pour in the orange juice.
  6. Protein Powder Time!: If you’re incorporating protein powder, now’s the time to add it!
  7. Toss in the Ice: Lastly, throw in the ice cubes to chill everything down.
  8. Blend!: Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until everything is silky smooth.
  9. Taste Test: Always taste your smoothie!
  10. Pour and Enjoy: Grab your favorite glass and pour your Pineapple Surf Smoothie in.
