Strawberry Protein Shake

A creamy and delicious strawberry protein shake, perfect for a healthy breakfast or a refreshing post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Rinse and slice them in half.
  2. Peel the banana and break it in half.
  3. Add ingredients into the blender.
  4. Scoop in the protein powder.
  5. Pour in the milk.
  6. Sweeten it up (if desired) with honey or maple syrup.
  7. Add ice (if using).
  8. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  9. Taste and adjust for sweetness or thickness.
  10. Pour and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in clear glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries or chia seeds for flair. Great served with granola bars or muffins.
