Strawberry Shake

A classic Strawberry Shake that combines refreshing fruitiness and creamy indulgence, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 23 tbsp sugar or condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by rinsing fresh ones and removing stems or using frozen directly from the freezer.
  2. Blend the strawberries, chilled milk, sugar, and optional vanilla ice cream in a blender.
  3. Blend on medium speed until you reach your desired consistency, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  4. Check the taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  5. Chill by adding ice cubes and blending until smooth.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Notes

For an intense flavor, macerate fresh berries with sugar before blending. Experiment with different types of milk and sweeteners to suit your taste.
