  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • Lettuce or mixed greens (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna Salad
  2. Open the can of tuna: Use a can opener and drain all excess liquid.
  3. Flake the tuna: Use a fork to break up the tuna into bits, ensuring it’s nice and fluffy.
  4. Add mayo and mustard: Scoop in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard.
  5. Season: Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Stir everything together gently.

  2. Warm the tortilla: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the tortilla for about 20-30 seconds on each side.
  3. Layer the tuna salad: Spread the tuna mixture evenly in the center of the tortilla.

  5. Add greens and tomato: If you’re using lettuce and tomato, layer them on top of the cheese.
