Vanilla Cheesecake Dessert Cups

A creamy, dreamy vanilla cheesecake dessert served in elegant cups, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 120 g Cookie Crumbs
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup Superfine Sugar
  • 300 ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 Raffaello Chocolates

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie crust by combining cookie crumbs with melted butter and mixing until moistened.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla and whip cream separately, then fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Assemble dessert cups by layering cheesecake filling over the crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Top with whipped cream and a Raffaello chocolate before serving. Can be made in advance for enhanced flavor.
