  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Blend the black beans, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are firm but center is soft.
  7. Cool brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
