Veggie Seekh Kebab Wrap

A delightful fusion of spiced veggie kebabs wrapped in soft tortillas, filled with vibrant toppings and sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Mixed Vegetables (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Paneer or Tofu (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Cilantro and Mint, finely chopped)
  • 1-inch piece Ginger (grated)
  • 23 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Chat Masala (optional, sprinkle on top)
  • Wraps or Tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mixed veggies by finely chopping them into small pieces.
  2. Cook the vegetables in a pan with oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  3. Make the mixture by combining cooked veggies with paneer or tofu, garlic, ginger, herbs, and spices.
  4. Form the kebabs by molding the mixture onto skewers.
  5. Cooking the kebabs in a grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Warm the wraps on a pan for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble by placing kebabs in the center of the wrap with toppings.
  8. Roll it up by folding the sides over and rolling from the bottom.
  9. Serve sliced in the middle with sauce on the side.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and spices to suit your taste. These wraps can be prepped in advance and baked fresh when ready.
