Scale
  • 1 package frozen dumplings
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  4. Combine the cooked chicken with the bang bang sauce in a large mixing bowl, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the chicken mixture into it.
  6. Add the frozen dumplings on top of the chicken mixture, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes until the dumplings are golden and crispy.
  8. Finish by allowing the dish to sit for 5 minutes before serving, garnishing with green onions.

Notes

Customize the bang bang sauce to your heat preference. Use rotisserie chicken or tofu for a vegetarian option.
