Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls

A delightful twist on traditional cinnamon rolls, packed with juicy peaches and topped with a creamy glaze.

  • 1 package pre-made refrigerator cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, chopped (or canned peaches, drained)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour (for crumb topping)
  • 1 cup sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter (for crumb topping)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by chopping and tossing with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and peaches.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log and pinch to seal.
  6. Cut the log into rolls about 1.5 inches thick and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Make the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Glaze the warm rolls generously and serve.

Notes

Serve warm and consider garnishing with powdered sugar or fresh mint leaves. Great for brunch or a cozy breakfast.
