Zucchini Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt

A comforting dish that combines zucchini, chicken, bacon, and cheese into a delightful melt, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, crumbled
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop chicken and slice zucchini.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove and leave drippings.
  3. Sauté chicken in the same skillet until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Add zucchini in the last few minutes.
  4. Combine bacon and ranch dressing into the skillet, mixing until heated through.
  5. Assemble in a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
